Today between 11:40 and 13:15 CEST, Oct 13, some AskCody customers in our EU region may have seen information that was not up to date. This could show up as:
- missing or outdated meeting room bookings
- missing catering orders
- guests who could not be checked in or out
We found the cause: a configuration issue in today’s update. We reverted the update at 13:15 CEST, and AskCody is now showing current information again.

Changes made between 11:40 and 13:15 CEST, Oct 13, such as new bookings, orders or guest check-ins, may not be visible.
