Investigating - Affected Users: Visitors and Hosts

We are currently experiencing issues with SMS' sent to Visitors and Hosts not being delivered on the carrier's end in Denmark. We have been in touch with the carrier, via Twilio, who are actively investigating the issue.

Email notifications are not affected.

The next update will be provided once we have updates from the carrier, no later than 31/03/2023

Investigating - Affected Users: Insights Administrators and Owner Role Users
Region: All Customers

We are currently experiencing issues with the synchronization of Bookings Insights data into the Management Portal. We are investigating the issue.
Insights users will notice that no data since the 13th of March 2023 is available, and the synchronized values will be blank following this date.
Services and Visitors Insights are not affected.

The next update will be provided as we learn more about the issue, but by the 30th of March at the latest.

About This Site

The AskCody Statuspage is the main communication channel for all issues affecting the operational status of AskCody Products. This includes both our infrastructure and services, referred to as components. These are divided into Europe and North America based on the two cloud platforms (onaskcody.com and goaskcody.com).


Component status definition:

Operational: The default status for all components, 100% available and operation for all customers.

Under Maintenance: Used for scheduled maintenance. This is informed in advance based on our SLA specification. Does not affect downtime.

Degraded Performance: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

Partial Outage: A component is completely broken for a subset of users. Affects the up-time calculation 30%.

Major Outage: A component is unavailable for all users. Affects the up-time calculation 100%.
