Update
For the past days we have been fully monitoring the infrastructure to ensure stability and uptime following Platform Maintenance. There has been some issues related to hardware and bugs reported to our support, all of which was/is handled as soon as possible with high priority. In terms of general availability of services, we consider the Platform Maintenance done and will mark this as Completed later today.

Update
We have identified the issue and released a fix for AskCody Active Directory Forwarding Service. Status is now set to Operational and we are monitoring the results

Verifying
The overall status is now set to Verifying and we continue to monitor the results of the Platform Maintenance. All Services and Infrastructure except for AskCody Active Directory Forwarding Service is now again set to Operational.

We have marked AskCody Active Directory Forwarding Service with Partial outage and are currently working to identify the problem.

Timeout issues on Infrastructure (Europe) is solved and status is reverted back to Under maintenance for the affected components.

Update
We have identified the timeout issues on Infrastructure (Europe) and a fix is deployed. We now see that performance is restored and timeout issues has dropped significantly. We will keep the status as Degraded performance for another hour and monitor the results. If we confirm the timeout issue is gone by then the status will be reverted back to Under maintenance for the affected components.

We are currently experiencing timeout issues on Services running Infrastructure (Europe). The issues are temporary and results in a a timeout or a Gateway error page. We are working to identify and solve the issue and will have a new update in less than an hour. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Data migration for Azure AD Integration running on Infrastructure (Europe) is now done and Azure AD Integration is operational. Component status is kept as Under maintenance

Update
Azure AD Integration running on Infrastructure (Europe) is currently unavailable and component status is therefore marked as Major outage. We do not experience any issues with Azure AD integration as such, but as part of maintenance for Azure AD Integration we are awaiting data migration that will possible take multiple hours in this case.

We are currently working on solving issues related to Calendar Notification Service on infrastructure running in North America. Maintenance for infrastructure (Europe) was scheduled for 3:00 PM CEST but is postponed to 5:00 PM CEST at the earliest.

We are currently experiencing issues with Calendar Notification Service that can result in service orders and preregistered visitors not being automatically updated when a meeting is changed. To ensure that this is updated, it is possible to trigger this update by manually opening the Visitor and Meeting Services Add-in. This applies only to Infrastructure (North America)

Following a major infrastructure project, a maintenance service window with a period of full monitoring is scheduled for week 20: Monday, May 16, 2022 at 8:00 AM CEST to Friday, May 20, 2022 at 10:00 PM CEST

The maintenance will begin at 8:00 AM CEST for infrastructure running in North America and 15.00 PM CEST for Europe.

The maintenance is done to ensure AskCody Services runs the latest, most secure, most maintainable, and scalable infrastructure. During the service window we aim to have as little operational impact on services as possible and the timeframe spanning multiple days is for monitoring reasons to ensure minimum impact.

Statuspage will be updated accordingly during the week. In advance we thank you for your patience and look forward to delivering even better services and keep providing a robust platform with as few interruptions as possible.
